Just finishing up a report on our latest client CLFCC, a great mid sized centre located on Lake Macquarie NSW. The Centre has a rich history being repurposed a number of times to the latest format of a conference and accommodation centre with a strong emphasis on providing for Disability and respite groups.
Our job was a whole of centre review with a future strategy emphasis as well. There is a lot of potential for the centre and it is a case of what to NOT concentrate on ( marketing wise ) rather than what to concentrate on, owing to the flexibility and wide appeal to many market segments.
